Impressive Breakfast

I was really surprised by the breakfast selection! There were lots of hot foods to choose from, which made my mornings good. Even though the breakfast area was a bit small, they had extra tables set up in the lobby, allowing me to enjoy my meal without feeling cramped. Definitely a highlight of my stay!

Clean and Comfortable Room

The room I stayed in was clean and free of any bugs, which is always a relief! My 9-year-old daughter and I had ample space in the standard queen room. The bathroom was spacious as well. Overall, I felt at home and comfortable during my stay.

Great Pool Area

I had a pretty unpleasant experience during my stay. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which made it feel chaotic and unfinished. While the staff were somewhat helpful, they didn't provide the service I expected, especially when it came to room changes and handling smoke complaints. It’s hard to justify the price given the conditions and issues I faced.

I had a memorable experience proposing to my girlfriend during our stay, but the hotel left a lot to be desired. The location was decent, and the staff were friendly and wore masks, which was reassuring. However, the room was not cleaned properly, with stains on the bed and dirt in the jacuzzi. While the front desk staff, especially Cassie, went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant, I was initially disheartened to find out about the ongoing renovations that were not disclosed when I booked my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a nice spot to unwind after a long day. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and I was hoping for a greater variety. Overall, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable room made for a memorable experience, but the unexpected construction dampened the mood a bit.
